The last few months have been huge, working with our client New Wilkie Energy to build a team from scratch involving developing position descriptions, designing the organisational structure, creating policies and building upon the organisation’s values. A new project, new site, new staff = new culture to develop and nurture.
Recently Jodie worked onsite with NWE recruiting for roles at all levels of the organisation. Interviewing candidates, establishing connections, building trust and connecting roles to purpose.
A defining process for the NWE site and an extremely rewarding project for EPS.
